What Happened

A Wellington bomber from 21 Operational Training Unit departed Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, on a training flight in 1941. The aircraft came down at Ffridd Rhosfarch in Wales under circumstances that have not been fully recorded. All crew members aboard were killed.
